I am a Ph.D. student in geometric group theory. In particular my main research interest is bounded cohomology of groups, a variant of group cohomology, introduced by Johnson and Trauber and developed by Gromov. Bounded cohomology is linked to other geometric and algebraic invariants such as simplicial volume and stable commutator length. In the past year I have been studying the bounded cohomology of (verbal) wreath products and of groups acting on trees with almost prescribed local actions.
